Welcome to Foodies Faqs

Hey there, my name is Dr. Masrur and I am the face behind this site. I am a registered doctor and completed my Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S) degree in 2014. Now I am currently doing MPH (Masters of Public Health) in Community Nutrition under the National Institute of Preventive and Social Medicine.

A couple of years back I was diagnosed with NASH liver due to my unhealthy food habits. And then I realized that my bad eating habits were not just affecting my physical health but also my mental health. All of a sudden I think this is high time to get rid of junk foods and get fit. I consulted with a nutritionist, started exercising, and made a healthy diet chart to follow.

Searching over different kinds of blogs and forums to fix my unhealthy diet habits I realized that there are many information gaps on the web, especially when it comes to how this eating plan can impact your health and well-being long term.

That’s how Foodies Faqs was born.

The main goal of this site is to help individuals with their food habits, food preservation, diet (especially keto or low carb, gluten-free, vegan), cooking methods, meal planning, meal preparation, nutrition, and kitchen utensils which will help them to think critically by educating and challenging their current beliefs. This allows for a more clearheaded decision-making process, free from confusion when someone or something else comes along with their own ideas about food, diet, and nutrition.

Foodies Faqs is an EVIDENCE-BASED approach to guide you throughout your healthy food habits, proper diet, and nutrition journey!

It’s easy to be overwhelmed with too much information on the internet. However, Foodies Faqs is a one-stop solution for all your queries.
